I started out as a retail associate at Garage. During the pandemic, I was let go and had to reconsider my next steps. After talking to Branden (@bscopezz), I decided to take a chance on myself and committed to learning how to tattoo at Stabby’Zz. It’s true, anyone can learn. It takes discipline and focus on your craft. If you listen to Branden and his teachings, guaranteed you’ll grow into a career. Branden and his artists all contributed to my professional career as a tattoo artist.

Before transitioning into tattooing, I was a Franchise Manager and Operator with no formal training in visual arts. After talking to Branden (@bscopezz), I realized that I wanted to learn how to tattoo as his apprentice. A lot of people doubted the fact that a person with no previous artistic experience would be able to transition into this career, but Branden and his team believed in me. I dived right in, quit my job, and really dedicated my time and focus on practicing my craft. Now I’ve been tattooing professionally for over 6 years and I couldn’t have done it without Branden’s mentorship.
